Atlantic Canada is a spectacularly beautiful part of the world, particularly if you travel there in Autumn; think New England in the fall and multiply by about 100. I spent a few days in New Brunswick for National Geographic and discovered a genuinely exciting food and drink scene too. The resulting feature caused a small stir in the region. Which was nice.
